Study Away Programs
East Falls Campus

Students at Jefferson - East Falls Campus may study away and receive credit for courses that apply directly to their challenging, professional-oriented curricula. Opportunities are available for fall, spring and summer semesters, at locations all around the world. Click on the Program List to learn more about them. Jefferson offers custom semester programs in Rome, Italy (Design, Fashion, Business) and San Jose, Costa Rica (Health Sciences majors at East Falls Campus), National Student Exchange, Faculty-led Short Courses, and semester and summer terms at partner institutions abroad.

Take a look at how an experience studying away can broaden your perspectives and shape your future by meeting some of the students, faculty and staff from the Jefferson Rome semester.

Study Away programming and advising is currently being held virtually and in person. We look forward to meeting with you in person or online!

Office of International Affairs
City Center Campus

The office of International Affairs is located in Center City and is the resource for Center City students wishing to apply for the Foerderer Award for International Study.

The Award helps students defray the cost of an international study experience lasting 3 to 10 weeks.

The Office also maintains the Travel Registry for Center City students, and can provide information about programs available to students. Working with the Centers for Global Engagement, OIA offers guidance on global study opportunities.
